I enjoy helping empower patients to understand their bodies and how they can manage their health. Supporting people through the challenges, pains and joys of pregnancy and childbirth is deeply satisfying to me, and I am passionate about providing respectful, thoughtful care that everyone deserves.I have a strong interest in obstetric ultrasound and have sought out additional training and experience in this area over the past several years. I also love attending water births and have a particular interest in second stage labor, or the pushing phase. I am often struck by how the small details — like keeping the environment calm and quiet — can make a meaningful difference during birth. I often say, “it’s the little things that matter,” and I strive to honor what people need in these moments.Outside of work, I enjoy playing with my dog, nordic skiing, gardening and cooking meals with homegrown ingredients.
